3. These room rates are quoted in Thai Baht, inclusive of Daily Buffet Breakfast, and 17.7% of government vat and service charges.
4. Applicable with a minimum of 10 room bookings, can be combined with any room type, depending on availability on that period.
5. 15% discount of F&B at a restaurant for a la carte menu, excepted alcohol drinks, private lunch or dinner, and room service.
6. 10% discount for SPA treatment, applies for a la carte menu, only.
7. Extra-person charges at THB 2,354 net per person/night (Limits one person in each room type) Additional charges for cocktails and canape package at THB 750++ per person.
